This place suits me perfectly! Great wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and free parking make my stays easy. The staff even returned my forgotten headphones during my first visit. Highly recommend it for a stress-free stay. I'm coming back for a holiday!

I had a decent stay at this smoke-free hotel. I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, central heating, flat-screen TV and a microwave oven. A tub in the nice bathroom was super awesome. The venue had a comfortable and great position, close to stores.

We dealt with the night/evening staff and she was absolutely great. The room was spacious, clean and alot of amenities for the price.

There was no elevator and we had heavy bags to carry up the stairs. We had to make several trips. The hallways were dingy and smelled of smoke.

It was close to airport.

Older room and not the cleanest. Was next to carwash and gas station/convenience store with people asking for money and sleeping outside.

The room offered a quiet retreat with decent cleanliness and inviting staff. The free Wi-Fi was reliable, and I appreciated having a coffeemaker ready with coffee and tea packets.

The continental breakfast selection was limited.

Locatio near airport. Due to World Series no place was closer.

I bathed and saw how abused the tub was. Also attempts to cover black stuff in corners wad stop gap. Beneath soapdish lots of black was growing!

It was affordable, offered a pool and breakfast.

The room decor is in use of a serious update.

The clean King Suite helped me work remotely, though the bathroom door didn't shut.

The room was extremely, extremely musty. Talked to the desk clerk about it - asked for a different room. Did not switch because the offered room smelled of smoke. She pleasantly offered air freshener and apologized. It helped a little but the smell made the stay very unpleasant.

The room was spacious and clean, which I appreciated. Wifi was super fast, like, seriously the best I've had at a hotel! The pool was really warm and fun for swimming. But I did run into a few issues. There were some tiny bugs in the bathroom, and the bed wasn't all that comfy. A mixed experience.

They didn't have my reservation when I arrived. After 15 minutes of confusion I finally received my room key. They heater didn't work and instead of moving me to a new room they had a maintenance technician disturb me at 10 pm. When I thought all was well, I discovered only hot water in the sink and only luke warm water in the shower. That was the last straw. Will not be back.

Cozy, Inviting, Refreshing

The indoor swimming pool was a personal highlight, perfect for a fun dip after a long day! The atmosphere was vibrant and cute. Plus, the comfortable beds reminded me of a warm hug at the end of each adventurous day!
